Primary Responsibilities: As VP of Business Development and Marketing, Tatiana is responsible for initiating new business contacts and maintaining current relationships. Being on the front line of communication requires high level of responsibility, commitment and listening skills. Tatiana is determined to polish all these skills in her every day correspondence and communication with clients and customers. Tatiana also motivates, supervises and mentors the sales and marketing team. She develops strategic and tactical plans and goals to increase company's visibility and favorable image while maintaining a high quality book of business.

Short Bio: Prior to joining Nikitova in 2003, Tatiana worked for half of a year at the international company in Poland in the sales and marketing department. She was deeply involved in communicating with clients and customers throughout the world. While studying at the university, Tatiana was a member of international student's organization - AIESEC and traveled a lot through out EU. These travels and meetings with students from all over the world gave her profound understanding of different cultures and their particularities. This knowledge is very valuable and Tatiana widely uses them while approaching new companies. Tatiana has joined Nikitova in October 2003 and is currently occupying the position as VP of Business Development and Marketing. While being part of Nikitova, she initiated and developed relations with such companies as Electronic Arts, Digital Illusions, ITE Media, Human Head Studios and others.

Hobbies: Tatiana likes to travel and to be involved in different sports activities including: swimming, hiking, horse riding and skiing.
