Primary responsiblities: As VP of Production at Nikitova Michael has many responsibilities, these include: strategic and financial planning of company development, personnel administration and training, negotiations with clients and customers, supervision of the estimation processes, management of team growth and development, and much more.

Personal Characteristics: Michael is sincere, fair, diversified, and always ready to help; He is wholly focused on his work and always inspires his team to go towards common aims.

Short Bio: Michael started his professional activities in 1999 as a freelance programmer. In 2001, he began working for a Software Development Company in Lvov, where he worked for 2 years. There, he was promoted from Junior Developer to Project Manager. Prior to joining the Nikitova team, he worked at Finport Technologies Inc. at a top management position. Michael demonstrates a good knowledge of the IT market and tendencies of IT industry. With wide management experience and professional knowledge Michael became a perfect candidate for the Vice President Position.
